Delivery

We at www.campingrocks.bg always aim towards offering the fastest and best delivery service. Whether you order a large family tent or any small accessory, we will deliver it to your address or any other selected address as soon as possible and in the best way.

Courier service: 

All deliveries within Bulgaria are carried by our partner courier company Econt (http://www.econt.com) or directly by a representative of Campingrocks.bg. Delivery is made to the exact address specified by the user (whether residential or official) or to the selected office of the courier company Econt within your city.

Procedure and delivery time:

• Once your order is successfully received at www.campingrocks.bg our team immediately initiates the procedure to process the order and the user receives an email confirmation that the order is accepted and is being processed. 
• All orders placed by 16:00, Monday through Friday, are processed and forwarded to the courier on the same day and should be delivered the next working day. 
• All orders placed after 16:00, are processed on the next working day. 
• Orders made ​​on Saturday or Sunday are processed and forwarded to the courier on Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday. 
• Usual delivery times are from 9.00 to 17.30 hours on working days. If you have any special requirements regarding the day or time of delivery, please fill in the comment box before you send your order and we will try to comply with them. 

Shipping cost :

All deliveries are shipped out for a fixed value of 5.00 BGN. 

For purchased products with a total value worth over 99.00 BGN, delivery is free for the whole country. 

CampingRocks will bear the cost of insurance for the delivery of your order.
