Chaser 1 is a single ultra-light (1.26 kg.) Tent with aluminum slats of the German brand Robens, designed for cyclists, motorcyclists and lonely adventurers for use in hot and dry climates.
The tent features a unique and flexible FlexPitch system with an internal hanging system that allows several stretch configurations depending on weather conditions. The mesh bedroom can be fully or partially open, for maximum ventilation, but also reliable protection against mosquitoes and other insects. Additional ventilation is also available in the form of low-lying vents, a vent in the door arch and a two-way zipper.
For fans of ultra-light camping is the opportunity to leave the bedroom at home, thus saving 420 grams of a total of 1260 grams of maximum weight of the tent. In this configuration you have a shelter-shelter from the outer cover and the product rails. The cover (outer fabric) of Chaser 1 is made of HydroTex NRS-T fabric with glued seams. This is a 20D 380T ripstop waterproof and breathable nylon with a siliconized PU layer on the inside.
Chaser 1 has a water resistance of 2000 mm. water column, which offers adequate protection against moderately prolonged rain and moisture. The construction is very reliable, stable and with an aerodynamic profile, as the tent is tested and reliably withstands winds of up to 192 km/h. The functionality of the tent is complemented by the small, but protected from the elements vestibule, where you can not only store equipment, but also cook in a sitting position.
