Warranty & Claims

CampingRocks provides a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for each product offered in both the physical store and online shop. The purchase date is considered to be the date stated in the purchase document or the issued invoice (for online orders) or the receipt issued in the store.

 

To make a warranty claim, you must provide a receipt, delivery note, or invoice proving that the purchase was made from CampingRocks' physical or online store, and you must complete and submit THIS FORM along with the defective product.

 

What does the warranty cover?

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Missing parts
  • Non-compliance with the declared and published specifications in the online or physical store

 

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tears, damage from misuse, or improper maintenance
  • Warranty service is provided free of charge within the warranty period (excluding transport costs) upon presentation of a valid purchase document issued by CampingRocks.

 

Outdoor Clothing

The warranty covers:

  • Seam tears
  • Delamination and fabric separation
  • Malfunctions of zippers, buttons, and other fastening systems

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Wear and tear beyond seams and laminated areas (for hardshell jackets and pants)
  • Loss of waterproof properties due to improper cleaning or washing (for down jackets, pants, skirts, and gloves)
  • Damage from improper care

 

Outdoor Footwear

The warranty covers:

  • Seam tears
  • Delamination of laminated or glued areas (soles, midsoles, and edges)
  • Breakage or tearing of metal eyelets and hooks in the lacing system

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Loss of waterproofing (as the cause of membrane damage cannot be verified)
  • Discomfort or unsuitable structure after usage
  • To ensure a good fit, customers can test shoes at home and return them if they feel uncomfortable. The shoes must remain unworn outdoors, in original condition, and untreated with chemicals, sprays, wax, or oils. The original box and purchase document must also be provided.

For hygiene reasons, CampingRocks will only accept clean footwear for warranty claims. If shoes are dirty (mud, sand, dirt, etc.), they will be returned to the sender or rejected until they are cleaned.

 

Backpacks (Hiking & Urban)

The warranty covers:

  • Seam tears
  • Delamination
  • Malfunctioning zippers, buttons, and fastening systems


The warranty does NOT cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage from improper use

 

Tents, Shelters & Tarps

The warranty covers:

  • Seam tears (tent fabric, inner tent, mesh sections)
  • Delamination of glued or laminated areas
  • Tears in fabric where poles make contact
  • Broken or malfunctioning zippers
  • Manufacturing defects that prevent proper assembly or lead to moisture penetration


The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Fabric wear and fading from sun exposure
  • Waterproofing deterioration (as the cause of damage cannot be verified)
  • Broken poles, snapped pole elastics, or punctured inflatable sections


CampingRocks stocks spare poles and parts and provides repairs for broken poles. Replacement sections for inflatable tents can be ordered from the manufacturer within 20 business days, subject to availability.

Important:
Even though tent fabrics have UPF+ 50 sun protection, prolonged sun exposure affects color, density, and waterproofing. To maintain fabric durability, it is recommended to apply a waterproofing treatment after extended use. You can find waterproofing products here.

 

Folding Furniture & Camping Beds

The warranty covers:

  • Seam tears and fabric separation in contact areas
  • Delamination of laminated or glued areas
  • Structural defects preventing proper assembly and use


The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fabric tears beyond seams or contact areas
  • Camping chairs, loungers, and camp beds have a weight capacity of 120–200 kg, specified in product descriptions and labels.

 

Inflatable Mattresses & Sleeping Pads

The warranty covers:

  • Seam tears
  • Delamination of glued or laminated areas
  • Air leakage from valves, seams, or laminated sections
  • Defective air chambers causing shape deformation

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Tears outside of seams or laminated/glued areas
  • Punctures from rough terrain usage

 

Cooler Bags, Freezers, Charging Stations, Solar Panels, Headlamps & Lanterns

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects that hinder normal use

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • External damage or defects caused by improper use

 

How to File a Warranty Claim?


If a defect covered by the warranty occurs within the 2-year warranty period, you can submit a claim by:

Providing proof of purchase with the date listed on it.

If the receipt has faded, please provide a photo of the receipt, delivery note, or invoice. Please send the product along with the completed CLAIM FORM via courier to:
Sofia, Izgrev district, Nikolay Haitov 2B, CampingRocks store or deliver it yourself if you prefer.

Warranty claims are processed within 30 days, during which we consult the manufacturer to determine if the claim is valid. If approved: Repairs are done at the manufacturer’s expense.

If not ppossible to be repaired you can choose one of the following:

  • A replacement product
  • A voucher for the purchase value
  • A refund via bank transfer
