Part of the high-tech limited series Y MountainLine, designed for professional use by sportsmen, athletes and high mountain enthusiasts, these trousers are suitable for mountaineering, climbing and ski touring.
Y MountainLine Hybrid Softshell pants combine strength, resistance to wind and light rain, elasticity and numerous details necessary for maximum comfort and safety while practicing your favorite sports. The construction of the model is hybrid: the areas with the greatest exposure to external conditions are denser and reinforced, and the areas with greater load use a finer and breathable softshell material, providing air flow for effective ventilation and possessing very high elasticity for complete freedom of movement. The crotch area has no seams, and the special construction prevents chafing. The waist and crotch strap are made of soft, moisture-absorbing material and are adjusted using Velcro straps with hooks, and if you prefer to use a belt, nuts are provided.
The lower part of the pant is more rigid and wear-resistant, allowing for rough use with crampons, ski edges and other mountaineering equipment. Solid YKK zippers and snap buttons in the legs allow for width adjustment to fit both hiking boots and ski boots. On each thigh there are large pockets for storing various accessories - in one you will find a smaller pocket for a phone or wallet. The model also includes a small side pocket on the right. There is a vent on each side with two sliders for maximum ventilation. All zipper sliders in the model are comfortable to use with gloves.

It is a perfect choice when you are planning sports loads with variable weather and want to prioritize lightness, breathability and comfort over full waterproofing. The pant has a very good outer water repellency coating, but it cannot protect you 100% from moisture penetration in bad weather.
