Dachstein Made in Bulgaria - 30 Yeas Later!
One of Europe's most traditional brands for mountaineering footwear Dachstein renews its production in Bulgaria!
Many of us Bulgarians remember the slightly rough, leather, green-colored mountain boot from the 80's of the famous Austrian brand Dachstein, right? It was made in Bulgaria. Well, at that time, their design was not so fashionable, but we've heard from our customers that they were very tough and reliable. 30 years later these Dachstein shoes are a true legend among the mountaineers in Bulgaria.
We are pleased to announce that after quite some time, the production of Dachstein shoes returns to Bulgaria! Since 2018, the company has started to produce three of its seasonal footwear models on the territory of our country. From this summer season on the labels of the models: Sonnblick GTX, Ramsau 2.0 GTX and Super Ferrata MC DDS you will find the sign Made in Bulgaria.
We are very happy that Dachstein mountain boots will be produced once again in our country and we wish that even more models are labled with the Made in Bulgaria sign.
