Light, high in calories and delicious as hell, they are easy and quick to prepare without even needing a cookware and serving plates: you just heat water in a jug, pour it into the food packaging, stir and let it cook on its own for 10 min. We can distinguish 4 types of food: for breakfast (white packaging), soups (yellow packaging), main dishes, among which you will find vegetarian and meat specialties (orange packaging) and super caloric (in green packaging).
