The FR-3 EF Wired hiking poles from the Italian brand Gabel are made of F60 aluminum and have Wired Technology - a folding mechanism that makes them very compact, light and easy to transport. FR-3 EF Wired are suitable for various types of mountain trekking, trail running and ski touring in winter.
The FR-3 EF Wired poles are part of Gabel's PRO series and can used from moderate to pro-expert level of users. This Gabel stick is composed of three tubes with different diameters (18/16/14 mm), made from F60 aluminum alloy.
The Gabel FR-3 EF model is an ideal pole for walking, trail running and mountaineering, but is also recommended for winter alpine touring. The model is equipped with the WIRED technology, which allows the shaft to be disassembled, reducing its length to 37 cm. The folded sections, connected by a high-strength cord, can be easily taken into a backpack without taking up much space.
In addition, thanks to the Fast Lock technology, you can adjust the section length to your needs with a simple movement. This model is made of aluminum and is equipped with the new Ergo Fit grip (more ergonomic and lighter) and with TCS - quick release system of the strap for a quick adjustment and and an easy replacement, you can even remove the strap and wash it when needed. Finally, the Carbide lugs provide incredible grip on ice, snow and rocky soil.
