This lightweight Bergans down jacket model offers a unique combination of the most innovative and proven materials - an outer fabric of 100% recycled polyamide and a filling of high-quality goose down (RE:DOWN) with a strength of 700 cuin, supplemented in key areas by the best synthetic form of PrimaLoft Gold insulation.

The Røros Box down jacket weighs only 430g (size L) and is customized and shaped according to Bergans' innovative 3D concept, which takes into account the specific needs of mountaineers. The outer layer of the jacket is made of a windproof and water-repellent fabric that is ultralight, compressible and durable. Bluesign certificate certifies that the highest quality ecological materials are used, which are completely safe for the user.

Røros Box is meant to be worn in all seasons. This model also uses PrimaLoft Gold filling (insulation) - synthetic insulation in the shoulder area - a technology that prevents cold from entering when wearing a backpack, as PrimaLoft insulation does not lose its properties under the weight of the backpack straps. Meanwhile, in all other areas, the main insulation of the Røros Box jacket is natural goose down. The goose down used is recycled (RE:DOWN) with a fill ratio of 90/10, meaning 90% down and 10% feathers, with a fill (fluff) power of 700 cuin. According to the EN12130 standard for down filling power in cubic inches, a power of 650 + is classified as the highest quality down and is used for filling in expedition travel equipment. When making this down jacket model, Bergans relies on Heat Bridge technology, thanks to which "cold" points are prevented from forming between the individual box panels of the jacket.

With a comfortable fit, elongated back, high down collar and no hood, the Røros Box down jacket can be worn as a second (intermediate) or last (outer) layer.
