The Austrian brand for alpine equipment STUBAI had developed a very light (weight of only 190 g) folding probe made entirely of aluminum 7075. With a total length of 240 cm, the avalanche probe STUBAI Light consists of 6 segments of 40 cm and has a Kevlar cord for maximum durability. The STUBAI probe is equipped with a super fast click locking system and features also a practical grip for easier handling of gloves.
The tip of the probe is specially shaped in order to achieve better sensitivity when performing tests. The STUBAI Light Avalanche Probe is marked every 40 cm and comes with a practical storage and transport case.
