Expedition Arctic Pro Man Hoodie is the warmest model from the expedition series of base layer garments of the Norwegian brand Devold. This modesl is designed for extreme and very cold weather and has proven the effectiveness of its thermal insulation properties on several polar expeditions. It is made of 100% high quality merino wool with a weight of 310 g / m2 and a fiber thickness of 17.5 microns.

Merino wool has incredible thermoregulatory properties and provides warmth and protection against cold even when wet and does not retain odors. The Arctic Man Hoodie uses a new technology for processing merino wool - Aquaduct Merino which is specifically designed to move moisture away from the skin side of the fabric to the outer surface where it evaporates. The Aquaduct technology gives extremely high breathability to the fabric and complete comfort for multi-day transitions in all conditions, as well as easy maintenance over time.

The Expedition Arctic model was developed in collaboration with Norwegian polar explorer Børge Ousland and offers several specific functionalities.The front kangaroo pockets for warming cold hands and providing easy access to equipment. The articulated and close-fitted hood developed for protecting the face and chin against cold temperatures.
