Robens Iceshield 75 is a self-inflating sleeping mat with anatomical design with vertical cutouts that reduce the weight (995 g) and packaged volume (31 x 16 cm) of the product. This design maintains excellent body weight and provides excellent comfort and even insulation without cold stains along the mat.
A distinctive feature of this model is its environmental friendliness. PFC (entirely man-made per- and polyfluorinated) chemicals were not used in the construction (and the cutting of the insole-specific design does not generate waste material from the foam). The cutouts create a series of oval air pockets on each side, adding up to 2 cm thickness for a total of 7.5 cm, which contributes to excellent comfort and even insulation. The construction with 20D 390T nylon with double square ripstop and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) provides high resistance to mechanical impact and damage.
